La Jolla is a one-of-a-kind luxury bar & food trailer, handcrafted on the beautiful Mendocino Coast. Unlike conventional aluminum-clad or converted horse trailer bars, La Jolla was custom built with no expense spared, featuring seamless redwood laminate crafted from a locally sourced windfall redwood tree & metal battens that create a clean exterior with no visible fasteners. Inspired by the shape of traditional wine-aging barrels, it brings timeless craftsmanship and elegance to any event.

Designed for weddings, private parties, corporate gatherings, & celebrations, La Jolla features a full-size stainless steel wet bar with an ice well, onboard ice maker, drink tray with drain, sink, spacious prep counter, & fold-out redwood serving bar. It also includes hot & cold running water with an 8-gallon fresh water supply and 8-gallon gray water tank, storage, custom maple drawers, washable Marmoleum flooring, cypress ceiling panels, & custom-built doors and windows.

Powered by an off-grid 24V lithium-ion battery system, La Jolla provides hours of reliable power for interior & exterior recessed lighting, 110V electrical outlets, & onboard amenities. Four leveling jacks provide a stable setup on nearly any surface.
